Job Description

Primary Responsibility
  • Management of CRM software
  • Nurture an opt-in till he becomes a customer

Job Tasks:
  • Oversee the activity of lead tagging to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate
  • Validate opt-ins and qualify them be responsible for the complete journey from the time we receive an opt-in to him becoming our customer
  • Identify early on and bring to notice un-welcome opt-ins so that necessary actions can be taken
  • Segment the database accurately into various slices (by region, by designation, by resource downloaded, etc.) as needed, for various promotional and nurturing purposes
  • Ensure the database has pertinent lists and that those are current and accurate to be used for analysis, whenever required
  • Periodically clean up the database based on set criteria
  • Set up appropriate nurturing workflows and be hands-on in managing the entire nurturing process
  • Provide insights/suggest likely topics that would be needed for opt-ins to so that content team can plug those gaps
  • Examine the web pages regularly, and track bounce rate and other performance metrics
  • Work with UI expert and SEO in-charge to improve performance of web pages
  • Work with the design team to develop effective designs for all emails and optimize landing pages
  • Recommend appropriate design measures to the design team
  • Act as the SPoC for all email campaigns and be responsible for identifying target audience, scheduling & sending campaigns to the identified database segment, analyzing and providing follow-up metrics
  • Optimize email campaigns to maximize brand awareness
  • Anchor the customer newsletter and be responsible for getting the resources, scheduling, sending, and analyzing follow-up metrics
  • Leverage CRM software to design the newsletter and track performance metrics including bounce rate, open rate, click rate etc.
  • Identify keyword and SEO (blog) performance using relevant tools and share the results
  • Regularly monitor website performance and ensure needed edits are done to ensure integrity
  • Track and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns
  • Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns
